Any show that has advertising during , rather than before or after.

Oh , I hear you say, that adds are so you can make a coffee. Well , I say , there's no way I can drink 12 cups of coffee in 1 hour.

They say the adds are not louder than the programmes , I say they are. If in doubt , make sure the adds are quieter than the 'shows'.

Oh , they can't have the shows without advertising. Try something different , like ,'advertising free' shows. Start at advertised time , run show,then run adds. Too easy.
