CE said that the industry accepted future average price SC6 is $1500 p/t.
That is also the price PMET used for their PEA.
Prices are cyclical and not static as you believe.
In fact KB said that prices could spike as far as $2500 p/t in the next 2 years.
They have more knowledge than you.
You read biased articles because that's what you desire.
It only takes a very small imbalance for it to tip in favour of demand (1 to 3%).
That's a very fine line.
