There is very little margin of safety for Australian Shopping mall.... WRT

Mall is close to fully occupied with little vacancy.

Any drop off in business investment and various bit of nasty stuff could only leading to one way street for Aussie mall.

And the figure comes out today isn't that great in term of business investment.....

people put too much emphasis on miming boom and bird in the bush, treat it with caution and why they are split Aussie operation?

Watch out if the Lowy sell off any WRT sales because you will then know their clear intention refer to my previous post :-)
