I was in GRR and cashed out after the pandemic to buy a house. Missed that insane runup by a month or so but oh well. Can't miss what you never had, right? Right? It had been paying me close to 10% franked for a few years so it wasn't all bad.

I'm looking again at Grange though that half cent divy isn't worth the wait for better days. Maybe if the SP gets back to 8 or 10 cents I'd have a go, or if they start paying out again. they always were a bit tight fisted with their payouts. Those recent divvies, especially a 10c special is waaaaay out of character
