Thanks for your prompt response.

What l don't understand is, as an ASX rule, all price sensitive information must be announced when received and not held away from market regardless of deals made with other parties.

I am sure the Bulk sample met test work and DFS have been completed as in the past LRS have always kept to timelines.

I believe us shareholders have been misled by LRS management as we were reminded over and over again through annoucements and CG interviews the DFS is on schedule at the end of AUG 2024.

Has the DFS and Bulk sample met test work been completed and received ? What is reasoning to not announce the results to the market?

Why is it best to announce the DFS after the PLS deal has been completed and not now? I see this as a disadvantage to all shareholders.

I have no problem with the PLS deal as long as it's fair to all shareholders. However, by not announcing price sensitive information to the market until the deal is complete is absolutely NOT FAIR .
