I suspect there would have been an in-depth discussion among the Board about what date they would set the expectation given the failure to meet any milestone date over the last 4 years. Such failures have been repeatedly highlighted to them over the past 12 months. I know that their marketing contractor(Proactive) do monitor HC. Yes, LinkedIn seems to have become their defacto messaging site - I think they forgot that they have a website with a NEWS and BLOG section.

Not so sure about creeping up, it may creep to 4c which is still lower than the capital raise. I think the market is going to want to see some very hard evidence given their half-baked announcement back in May about production.
