I'd be asking for as much as you can afford.
It's hard to defend knocking back genuine buyers.
Saying that - if for some crazy reason the SP drops to 2.5c - I'll be spending the entitlement money 'on market'
Better 2.5 than 3.8, but I'd be amazed if that happened.
Could be a crazy day or a fizzer.
One thing is for sure - Twiggy buying 10% is a game changer.
