Wow. The low mineral prices are really starting to bite hard now, seeing the big dogs putting a halt on all sorts of things.
Name of the game now is survival.
Looking back, I wonder what our situation would be if the permitting didn't take a year or two too long. Maybe the local Salta employment minister is thinking the same thing. it must be pretty dark times for the people in the South American mining provinces.
