this is the mathematics for the loss on underground mining for CKA

I have for their press released checked by two separate corporate lawyers -- one who does work for our firm, and another who works in another big law firm and is a friend. and both their opinion is the same ---

the JV partner miner will take the cost burden of mining the coal out of the ground and dump it to the mine pit.CKA will thereafter have to share the ENTIRE cost burden of moving that coal from the mine pit to Batu Tuhup, then load it to the barge, move the barge down all the way to the river mouth. all the costs associated with this will be borne by BBM/CKA for 100% of the coal volumes.
