why is no other offtake signed? Posco has to deliver millions of motors from 2027 onwards. We have all this discussed and the articles linked in here. New factories in Europe and so on.
Who‘s going to supply the NdPr? Not Aru, because we are not processing in January 2027, actually if posco needs to deliver in jan 2027, they would need the stuff earlier maybe sept.-nov. 2026.
so they get other sources.

so the explanation „they are not signing an offtake because it would increase shareprice and then they would pay more once they participate in the capital raise“ ….Wow, what a storyline. So we‘re in a catch 22? They don’t sign offtakes, because SP too high after this news. And they also don‘t sign capital/equity because there is no cash (well as stated above, there was enough cash) and there are no further offtakes….

man, if there would be a really straightforward board listening to those explanations, the management would have a hard time gettin grilled. No Private Equity freshman would follow such explanations.

once SPP is finished (next week), there should be major new announcements about status of Equity partners, Offtakers, timeline for FID.

if not, then this company missed the train.
