............the only way you can describe this stupidity is that you have a bunch of nerds who are on the board of directors & and some of them shouldn't be on there in the first place delegating to a CEO who has no idea how to run a Co ..........unfortunately, we had the chance to remove some of them but they didn't to our misfortune..........................
