Listing the options probably would increase RAC security liquidity overall, but the liquidity of RAC shares would almost certainly fall. The options are in the money so anyone who wants to sell by conversion can.
If anyone wants to build a decent stake in RAC there is a pretty simply way of doing so - if you beat the RAC piñata with the big churn stick a lot of cheap shares will fall out. I am personally surprised this hasn't happened, but when it comes to ASX listed biotechs a lot of easy money is lying around for those who can be bothered doing some research.
