I don't support LT - he's the driver of a vehicle I chosen to travel in - I didn't choose him, but I accept that circumstances have placed him at the wheel, and that he's regarded by his BOD, major shareholders and the gold mining industry as highly qualified, competent and very experienced, with a very good track record. Your not allowed to "bring your own driver" or ask for a driver change .... unless the driver is clearly acting unprofessionally and unsafely .... the BOD with its independent directors have that primary responsibility, and rest assured, major shareholders are in regular touch with the MD and BOD - get them off side and the company is in real trouble. So, if you don't like LT driving - get off the bus - you don't have to like the driver, but you must respect him if you stay. If the driver is replaced, that will take time and be turbulent - drivers with LT record are hard to find , and wont come cheap, and will have enormous expectations loaded onto them by those who called for the former to be replaced - be careful what you wish for.
