Last time I spoke with Wayne he mentioned how, "the shipping process has been a long and tortured ordeal" with a volumes of documentation required made more difficult by the fact that, "Birla, not Nanollose, is the official manufacturer and exporter." I'd reiterate what @Quiltman said; things have to line up on both sides for shipments to run smoothly, but with each region baptized, it gets easier to ship from there on out.
