I wouldn't suprise me in the least if there was something going on in the background that is impacting the decision making process at the SC in Talga's case. I am increasingly of the view that the appraisal has gone on for far too long for it to be the case that our application is supposedly just rising to the top of the pile, as we have been told, and also that the priority of individual cases does not change. That would mean that all the SC cases currently under review would be running for about a year, which makes a nonsense of the 1-4 month average turn around suggested by the SC itself. Posters here have been suggesting TLG's case now falls into the few percent of cases that don't get decided within this timeframe. So how did that happen if all cases are supposed to be in the same queue ? I still think someone at TLG or in the government should be rattling few cages right now and making some loud noises to the SC. Something just doesn't add up here.
