Payments will be made once all of the unmarketable shares the company collected are sold on market, noting they are trying to raise funds and there is next to no liquidity they aren't going to sell them very soon. I haven't looked up the rules regarding unmarketable buy back in the corporations act but would expect it doesn't specify a timeline.

Those subject to the unmarketable share sale might want to get on the email and request an update on timelines, I am expecting they will enter suspension in the not too distant future as they struggle to raise funds, once that happens its a count down to delisting.
