I think this is oversimplification but if the cake mix or ingredients cost 100x the competition and the cakes tastes terrible no one is buying it...
Also we have been over this:
UMC/Fujitsu/eMemory is the same ReRAM the others are nothing more than research projects at this stage. Outside TSMC.
The GF ReRAM is of poorer specification than WBT.
