I along with some other Oil field hands was brought out to Australia in 1982, liked it some much we all stayed, after our contract was over started work in and around Australia, worked for a few shall we say shifty mobs, “but” one can make mega bucks in the ASX when working for mobs that are shall we say are not squeaky clean.
Trust me, when one has spent a life time in the Oil/Gas game money is not a worry, PS, in 1983 we bought blocks closet to shopping centres in Perth for $90K, them blocks to day are “all” worth over $1 Mill.
