Of course Belfast is going to be profitable, I never said it wouldn't The only problem in operating a "Margin" business is that the buy price for your feedstock will rise proportionally to the contained value of RE's IE ~ Belfast will not reap all of the gains from the increase in RE prices, only a proportion of them. Conversely though, the same principal means that they will be somewhat immune to price falls.
