If PLS is $2.00 per share on vote day, that is equivalanrt to 14c a share , a premium to the SP it was prior to the announcement . Divide the share price by 14.23 today and 17c is not to bad. The market is treating LRS as PLS , no premium , no discount, the market is rarely wrong and telling us all the deal is all but done. PLS cannot pull out from my understadning and LRS shareholders will approve the deal given the board is 100% endorsing the deal and ulitimately admitting they cannot do better as a stand alone explorer with a balance sheet that cannot fund what PLS can.
