Being the Managing Director, JG never has to face an annual AGM shareholder vote.
The only time a Managing Director would face a shareholder vote is if a group of shareholders controlling 5% of issued shares requisitioned a General Meeting with a resolution to remove the Managing Director - otherwise he's there until his boss (the Chairman) or a majority of the BOD decided to dispatch him to other pastures.
