coldry benefits to victorian power supply

continual use of lignite,coldry export industry established ,representing revenue to state and Loy Yang Power.
Vietnam assured continual supply of coal from Victoria for over 30 years,at the envy of NSW and Queensland.

How is this going to keep electricity prices down in Victoria.? Especially after today's news of an increase of $150 in power costs to the public for next year.

Climate change policy 2010 has LEGISLATED to cut carbon emissions by up to 20% , so implementation is not a maybe but a certainty.
COLDRY REPRESENTS THE CHEAPEST and ease of transition for power companies to meet policy changes by using coldry LOCALLY in existing power stations,no need to modify existing boilers in power plant, IF A SHANDY is used ,part lignite and coldry mix.
Liberals have indicated that they will retrofit, this will enable a greater proportion of coldry to be used.

Cost of GAS is 5 times higher than use of coal in the form of Coldry, this is where the long term savings in electricity prices to public and industry.
Any government news on backing coldry for local use will have the share price well above 20c .
Elections over, Greens have no influence in Victoria, need government transparency in 2011 how they will best achieve ,climate change policy.
