Of course it's a last resort option which I only mentioned because you were worried that your investment was gone. It's not, you still own your share, I'm happy that helps put your mind at rest somewhat. There may be a better deal being worked on in the best case scenario but no real capital or detail has been put on the table yet so it is understandable to be concerned.
