The announcement talks about the preliminary review of transactions relating to Grimaldi indicating the verdict in favour of the Company (as against Grimaldi)may be in excess of 30 million. Does this mean that they haven't yet looked at what is owing from MMX or has that boat sunk and are CHM now focussing on what they can get back from Grimaldi? Sorry but this is all so confusing.
