All of the Dr Campbell videos and other research that I have seen say that long term levels 3-400 ng/ml show no toxicity.
I was taking 10,000iu/day during covid, my doctor said, you've overshot with your D a bit, it was 186ng/ml.
I have since reduced to 5000iu/day for my wife and myself, I have not had another test but my wife's level is 150ng/ml which is at the top level of the 50 to 150 level. My 186 level was also at the end of summer.
