Two things

Firstly there is an election due soon AND they know the border alone will cost them that and so they are doing the "lowest border crossings in years" bluff - exactly the same as their "lowest inflation in years" bluff

Secondly......and try hard to understand this kid.......Biden applied the powers he always had.......gosh hey........specifically the one cited frequently by Trump to ban asylum for illegal entry into the US

Now........here are two questions for you regarding this......

Firstly.........why did Harris and Biden allow tens of millions in before invoking that......?

Secondly......why were Harris and Biden trying to piggyback new legislation for cash for Ukraine or Israel onto a sham border deal, given they already had powers to deal with the border.......as has been since demonstrated
