Its not clear to me that the Akida IP is being integrated into the higher end Renesas RZ/V2 family.
However, it does seem clear from published articles that Akida can be integrated into ARM CortexA85 and that arount this time Renesas introduced the A85 into its RA8 family of microcontrollers, around the same time it was published that Renesas taped out a chip with Akida.
Of the RA8 family: RA8M1, RA8D1, RA8T1 only the RA8D1 seems to have a vision AI capability, and most importantly it is Edge Impulse which is the integration parter for this capability.

So it could be only the RA8D1 that has akida IP, but who knows, its very obscure it may also be getting integrated in certain devices in the RZ/V family, but I'm yet to see clear evidence.
