The guys bringing up a capital raise are traders. Chart looks like it's getting ready to run and they probably want to scare a few into selling so they can get a few more at a cheap price before it does so.
Would be a pretty bad look to do a capital raise in the same week as the road show.
That being said anything is possible and the buy side has been shit the last couple days which was similar before the last cap raise so dunno
