So what do all those that bought in the last couple of days before the suspension think about this whole disclosure timing? I had a ridiculous buy in at 45c and it get filled right at the 410pm close. Surely the company had an understanding before that time that they were going to have an issue! Someone should investigate the selling that occurred in the last two days before suspension especially if the company had been out talking to instos etc. about refinancing.
