I disagree with your views but each to their own. 2 differing opinions is what makes a market. NXT always looks expensive and probably is however entry to barrier and quality position of landholdings for these dc’s is imperative. Premium sites are harder to come by and clients are nowadays more inclined to pay a slight premium for guaranteed uptime , accessibility and general customer service and experience. This is the moat I feel NXT have against most competitors. As always time will tell
