We are going to be struggling until.
    1. US makes some solid decisions on supporting critical minerals companies. Remember REE is also for defence materials and anything with a motor in it. They have tried to simulate investment unsuccessfully mainly due to China's unrelenting crushing of the price. But now talking about direct investment. MEI claim to have the best economics for a ionic clay project globally so should be a good candidate for investment.
    2. The US/Brazil issue, mainly driven by one judge's personal vedetta against Musk.. It is beginning to expose the Brazilian government to criticism it is not looking to have and Brazil desperately need continued investment. So I believe this issue will be defused by the US election.
    3. China tight reign on REE prices. This should end soon as they begin to curtail exports of raw REE materials and the equipment to process REE feedstock. They have kept the price down as long as possible to do the most damage possible and to force the world into a corner where they will be forced to use secondary goods from China rather than buy raw REE marterial. Captialism fails again with short term thinking vs the long term thinking of China. But industries in the US etc will be forced to react at some point because of all the sourcing rules around military and other key industries.
So it is a waiting game here in my opinion.
