Hey Troopy, what exactly are you saying is the issue? earlier you said it was the glue, lol. your reference 2121.2 is not complete In Florida they use "product evaluation reports" and FBR has one for Florida including inside the high wind zone (which is what 2121.2 refers too) for a "dry stack concrete wall system"

i have a copy of FBRs product evaluation report! a extract is below...

Scope of Evaluation:This Product Evaluation Report is being issued in accordance with the requirements of the FloridaDepartment of Business and Professional Regulation (Florida Building Commission) Rule Chapter 61G20-3.005, F.A.C., for statewide acceptance per Method 2 (b). The product noted above has been tested and/orevaluated as summarized herein to show compliance with standard ASCE 7-22 (ASD) and the FloridaBuilding Code Eighth Edition (2023) and is, for the purpose intended, at least equivalent to that required bythe Standard and Code. Re-evaluation of this product shall be required following pertinent Florida BuildingCode or ASCE Standard modifications or revisions.

Building codes not keeping up with new methods and technology is common, they adapt, things can be revised, and is why product evaluation reports exist and they can even be revised and modified as we need...PS your 100 percent wrong saying its aproved only for gluing units together- its the whole system, feel free to apolagise to everyone and buy in!
