Property and overall markets won’t be up for long. A big reversal imminent. I will explain again - commodity stocks are struggling on the asx, but when the other stock sectors decline - property, finance, services etc, commodities generally perform well in an inverse pattern through history. This is likely what will play out soon and liquidity will return to asx commodity stocks on the back of that. That’s when the bull runs will take place. This is the time to be buying at rock bottom imo.
