it also made note Austrac is considering the fine to be made in payment with an initial upfront smaller payment with later payments being made in conjunction with earnings milestones. Crown had a similar case where they got fined but were alllowed to pay it over a course of time with no interest, precedence is there for that so that’s the worst case scenario. I think star will be given more lenience given the extent of this shit show has bled into the media and pulled on the jobs are on the line heart strings.
