Maybe , but if some other tiddlers had 3 Million tonnes of 2 gram a tonne ore to feed a 2.5Mtpa in the first year it would do wonders to payback of CAPEX compared to 1.1 gram a tonne ore , and bankers are more interested in payback time than NPV from my business experience as a high IRR inherently reduces their risk .
(As an aside I use to work with commercial wholesale banks in the USA many years ago )
