However when the equator regions decided to have An Event, it certainly does it in style.

As for the Chewin Quality of those fish you pictured, I’ll take the cold water varieties from down south.

Have you ever caught or tried WA Dhufish or a Baldchin grouper from the Abrolhos south?

Both are very good chewing.

pic of Dhu is just over a meter long but I prefer to eat the ones in the 60-85 cms range.
