I fully sympathise with your plight. Have been in a spot of strife (financially) one way or another in the past myself.
Had a lot of shares in what I thought was a promising mining company and all of a sudden they were delistered. An offer of half a cent was made for the shares and being told by the company that they would never be listered again, and being advised by the company that I should accept the offer, I had no option but to accept the few dollars that I was offered. The company also stated that any future sales of shares would have to be negotiated off market. HOWEVER not long after I had surrendered my shares they were once again relistered at at huge (and I mean huge) increase in price.Feeling cheated I decided to do something about it.
After unsuccessfully pleading my case to a financial advisor, finance editor and the appropriate authorities I was completely abandoned. I still have all the paperwork and various replies in my possession hoping that one day I will be able to again plead my case, but alas I am 100% sure that that day will never come.
Whilst I hope you do get a very successful outcome, it might be a good idea to prepare yourself for a dissappointment. WE are only little fish in the sea and get gobbled up by the big ones.
