It’s strange to me that you can’t vote if you hold the options aswell as the heads…. I’m guessing it’s because of a conflict of interest. But that’s there’s a conflict of interest for those that hold heads but don’t hold options too!
I would have thought that every shareholder can vote irrespective of their options holdings.
Anyway, just hurry up and approve the drill!!!!
