It is a very fair deal considering HPI shares were trading as low as $2.51 in the last 12 months. Of course people want more money. This is the stock market and investors are driven by insatiable greed. No doubt management are no recommending it as they are concerned about losing their jobs. Let the common sense of the large sharholders prevail so that we can get on with it.
