I would not say zero risk, but I would say there is an interesting risk-reward asymetry in my opinion.
At these levels, if the company ceased operations today, you would be paying 0.97 cents for 1 dollar (or thereabouts), without considering all other assets value (Southdown, expansion, I/O stocks, etc). Even with all these headwinds, the company is operating at acceptable levels... Let's hope for brighter days ahead!
