As the intoxicating constituent (THC) is almost entirely absent from NTI164, the dosage isn't constrained by negative side-effects. I believe the scientific thesis is that PANDAS/PANS is the result of an epigenetic change, and that NTI164 is somehow active against that change. It could be that NT164 is reversing the change, but it also could be that it is mitigating the effects of the change by promoting synthesis of a protein (or proteins) that is inhibited by the change.
