Who knows, mate. Last time I spoke to someone on the phone over at Orthocell (it wasn't PA) they told me that J&J were reticent about slapping their name on any annoucements regarding research collaborations as they deemed it could be taken materially. As far as I know, OCC is now in the process of finding a distributor for Ortho-ATI so it's definitely not dead in the water. They had structured the partnership in a manner that wasn't exclusive and simply a research collaboration with DePuySynthes.
Time will tell. Why not call PA and ask?
