I googled lithium hydroxide factories in australia and apparently there are 3
1. Kwinana owned jointly with IGO and Tainqi
2. Kmerton owned by Albermarle
and google said
3. Pilgangoora.
But all I can find is JVs with Calix which a demonstrator plant and Gangfeng which is a feasibility study, but the plant may not be built in australia.
the other JV seems to be a factory with POSCO in Korea and PLS has agreed to fund it with a debt facility of US$460m..
Maybe we would have half of that... $230m
I wonder if that debt would be part of our $810m we spent on cap ex ?
some one must know...
