    And in the meantime, our Oz robotic brick laying company (FBR) didn't get much support here and has recently sent its robot tech to the USA and looks set to do a JV with one of America's biggest brick manufacturers. If Kamala wins the Whitehouse one of her major policies is to address their 4.5 million home deficit with massive incentives for builders.
    That aside, Scoto, you're quite right about the complexities - ridiculous red tape delays, skilled labor shortages, high cost of materials and labor, inflation and price gouging still rampant - and the list goes on. As it stands, it could take up to 10 years to solve our housing deficit; and even then, the future comes with no guarantees. Unless all three tiers of government shift to a war footing level to solve the problem.
