Do you have any experience with how easy it is for a suspended company to raise capital?
I found this link which says: "A company that had been suspended from ASX for more than five days in the 12 months prior to undertaking a capital raising would usually need to prepare a prospectus or apply to ASIC for individual relief" but it was authored in 2020 during COVID and goes on to say it was extended for 10 days, but this may only apply to the time of the pandemic, I don't know
If this turns out to be a lengthy suspension a capital injection will likely be necessary to avoid insolvency. We learnt about the importance of remaining solvent last week. It was surprising to see people didn't know that.
