I think a lot of people don't want to know a lot of things. I don't know if it is a lack of maturity, lack of knowledge, both...
And yet, they dismiss those legal obligations, the bureaucracy, etc., with a shrug, because they want to see everything rosey.
Regardind solvency, this company has a track record of dancing near the abiss. One thing is positive. They haven't dilluted the register as hell.
Regarding a CR, of course one will be needed. Let's see how is it made. Better make one quick than to be declared insolvent.
By the way, I'm now in a better mood. There is some slight irony in my posts today. Live, learn, and when there is nothing else to retain from a situation, go on. In this case, there is a chance of having my money back, so here I am.
And I concede: if I didn't have money here, this would be a fascinating case. Since I have, it's also worrying. But everything has a solution. It might not be the desired one, but it exists.
