    cash payment or issuing share doesn't really matter as we are talking about valuation for Bynoe project
    CXO said they have no current intention for takeover because they are buying CHR shares from LIT now
    and if there's takeover above 7.1c valuation LIT will receive the premium, this indirectly tell me that they will offer another takeover bid in the near future, and what they are doing right now is to push CHR to acquire 100% interest in Bynoe project, so is it only worth $1.5m? or $2.8m? or $5m? not that important as these are not the final.

    note that today's announcement is made by CXO, we didn't hear anything from CHR yet, so we should expect to see another update tomorrow or?
