Personally, I don't think a greedy businessman would still be holding on to such a huge holding - that would have been gone long ago at a much higher price.

Between his share sales and wages he's pulled more than $40m out of a biotech that's gone from Phase 2 trials to Phase 1 trials in the 11 years its been listed with him as chair. That is a hell of an achievement.

The company is basically worthless, so rather than focusing on the free shares that he still holds, try considering how he's managed to fund an extraordinary lifestyle with the shenanigans that he's played - particularly over the last four years. The axing of Axel (someone who was probably calling Hopper out), his lending shares for short-selling, his stooge CEO, his ridiculous value-transferring capital raises, his dishonesty (IMO) about Her-Vaxx just to name a few.

If he tried to sell his remaining shares there would be a zero shareprice, pitchforks and class-actions. This is why he doesn't divest more.

Absolutely kidding yourself if you think its worth holding IMU because of the size of Hopper's remaining holding.
