The way I see it, the Tanz Govt has been understandably working through the swag of small local miners, inactive licences, larger mining licences, infrastructure and particular mining sectors before the larger mining projects which require the most comprehensive attention. You can see that AS is feeling the heat just like every other SH. So, I wish the disingenuous posters would POQ. Big mining operations take more time, patience and money. It will be worth the wait.
