Hi PAA shareholders,

Relatively new to HC/investing and have heard what this little company are doing in this space. It seems, by all accounts, that the drug has some amazing potential, and am I reading this correctly, with nearly no side effects?

I can’t understand, given what I have read about the clinical results (MEND and OLE) so far, how this is still such a low share price?

I am getting my head around all the management changes that have happened recently, and looking at the latest announcements before I think about taking a position in this.

Cannanyone explain, a little, why the last board resigned? I am a little concerned about the WHOLE board going?

With regard to the Notice of Annual General Meeting announcement.

It’s such a long document, but can anyone explain what resultion 11 means? Does that mean the new management can issue themselves or anyone they choose 48,600,000 new shares whenever they want in the next 3 years? Does this figure include what they have already given in incentives?


just trying to work out how much time I have before I need to make a decision, but would most people say it seems like starting the Healy Trial will be the next big catalyst for share price appreciation? If so, any idea on when that will happen?
